My husband was pulled over for speeding and the officer tacked on six other unsubstantiated chargers including a dwi when he refused to blow into the reader. First I should have never been driving after one too many ipa’s . That being said I was driving on bw parkway (295) . Passed a unmarked state trooper and was pulled over .
