Great Representation

just a perfect outcome

Mr. Smolensky worked hard for me. He always informed me of the status of the court case. He listened to my many questions and was honest and easy to talk to. Mr. Smolensky was competent; he knew about harassment charges and the fines that are associated with them. Fortunately, the case was dismissed because of Mr. Smolensky's knowledge and skills.

If You Want The Best get Michael Smolensky

Mr. Smolensky Represented me, It was my 4th driving while suspended, My insurance had lapsed, I had a total of 6 tickets and a Failure to appear. He got My Driving while Suspended & My lapsed insurance dropped to failure to have documents and the other 4 tickets where dismissed . My fines done to $400.00 If you want someone who will do what’s best for you and tell you what it is , no sugarcoating things then his is your man. If you hire anyone else you’ll regret it. Thank You Mr. Smolensky if I ever need help you’ll be the one I call.

Back in June I found myself in need of legal representation, having very little knowledge about the legal process. Mr. Smolensky was tremendous! As someone who had never previously been in a position to need a defense attorney, he was a great pleasure to work with. The first night I met with Mr. Smolensky, I was very scared as I did not what I was going to be facing (with my case). He took the time, explained everything to me from the layout of the judicial system and possible results of my case. There were tough days for me mentally and he was great to talk to continuously give me a piece of mind. We ended up getting the results we were fighting for! Very professional. Highly effective. Great service.

Michael was extremely professional and very attentive the entire time I worked with him. I was in legal trouble in regards to leaving the scene of an accident which, if convicted, would have costed me my license for 6 months and/or jail time and fines. I told him my needs our first meeting. He assured me that he would do everything in his power to meet my expectations. He kept in contact with me until our court date and was very easy to get a hold of. He ended up getting the ticket down to failure to report, which carries no points and a small fine. He showed up to court promptly and did not leave my side until I was through with paying the fine and he knew everything was ok with me. That really showed me that he truly cared. I highly recommend him for your legal troubles as he is not just a great lawyer, but a great guy as well!

Michael Smolensky worked effortlessly and Strategically on my case . He was always available for any questions and concerns I had . My case was complicated not only was I facing time in prison but deportation consequences, MR Smolensky was able to refer me to a immigration attorney that I consulted with as well so I could have all the facts of my charges pertaining to deportation . Excellent Representation

I consulted Michael Smolinsky on two very personal matters, one criminal and one civil. I hired him to represent a family member in court. While he couldn’t represent us on the civil matter, he referred me an excellent attorney and explained the reasons representation would be important. I was worried about potential outcome for both. After one meeting about a pending court appearance, I knew I came to the right person. He is very well informed, confident and understanding. Hire Mike Smolensky

I hired Mike after being charged with DWI/refusal and 4 additional charges. Mike handled my case with the upmost care and professionalism. He knows the laws inside and out, and also has great credibility with the courts. After 6 months of postponement I am happy to say Mike was able to get all my charges dropped. My case eventually went to a motion, and Mike created a fantastic argument, which the prosecutor agreed to drop all charges against me. If you have any legal issues I would highly recommend Mike to represent you in the courtroom.

Favorable Results

I was charged with a DUI and Reckless Driving. Needless to say it was a very frightening ordeal. My husband and I knew right away we would need professional guidance through this matter. A family member recommended Michael Smolensky. We called him within the first 48 hours. Met with him at his office soon after. Although the process took 7 months (necessary postponements), Michael was on top of our case and informed us every step of the way. The outcome was the best we could realistically hope for. DUI was dismissed. Pleaded to the Reckless. Michael is truly a professional, works hard to obtain a positive outcome. Thank you for your expertise.

Excellent lawyer referred by a friend

Thanks to Micheal A. Smolensky LLC, he helped me out by saving on court fines and not getting any points on my driving record. If I don’t get into anymore trouble, then the complaint will be wiped clean from my criminal record. The lawyer also helped to make a payment plan for the fine that I have to pay the court. We met each other on the day of my court appearance. The whole day Micheal walked me to the court and the payment window. I felted like this was the kind of legal representation that I would pay for. It was all his help that got me to not face those charges. He also saved a lot of the original fines that the court wanted me to pay.

100% satisfied with outcome of my case

Retained Michael Smolensky after receiving a DUI. I was looking at losing my license for a year. Michael successfully negotiated for me to plead guilty to the DUI and dismiss several other charges. My license were suspended for 90 days instead of a year. This lawyer has excellent hours also. I never had to take off work to meet with him . If you need a lawyer, I highly recommend Michael Smolensky.

hardworking, 100%satisfied,best lawyer and fair pricing

Let me start by saying I don't usually get in trouble but I have made a mistake and got cought up in a stupid situation, facing serious criminal charges and severe jail time i started looking for a lawyer,ran across michaels name and read the reviews, based on what i read u scheduled an appointment which to my surprise he answered his phone at 830 at night and set up a meeting for a consultation the following day with a small fee which was explained it would be credited to my billing if I retained his services....when i arrived he sat me down listened to my charges and side of the story ,he then explained a map of how the case would go with a few different options, I felt very comfortable with him and his knowledge of the law,I signed him on as my attorney that day ,was told exactly how much it would cost and I felt it was a fair price to pay for my freedom ,you honestly get what you pay for people,he was constantly calling and sending me emails on updates ,making sure i understood what was going on,im extremely pleased and will definitely hire him again if god forbid i ever need an attorney, thanks for everything Michael you truly saved me
