|MD||Suspended - Disciplinary||1997||01/23/2017|
This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
This means that the attorney's misconduct in another state, or jurisdiction, also violated the rules for practicing law in District of Columbia Bar.
Suspended indefinitely means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for an unknown period of time. The attorney will need to re-apply for admission to the Bar if he or she intends to resume practice in the future.

Mr. Feldman represented me in a Family law matter. He failed to respond in a timely manner to my requests and or questions. Seemed to lack interest in the case. Initial consultation said we had a strong case. As we progressed, said we wouldn't get what we wanted. Wasted a lot of money.

Mr. Feldman represented me during my divorce case which included child custody, support and property settlement. Mr. Feldman was extremely professional and he is extremely familiar with family law policy and statute. He took time to answer all my questions in a sincere manner. He does not waste time sugar-coating a situation. He gets the job done. I strongly recommended Mr. Feldman for family law matters.
