Excellent Service, Exceeded Expectations

Mrs. Taylor was extremely quick and her staff was very responsive to our needs. I would use her again and recommend her to my friends and family.

Katherine Taylor Puts Her Clients First

Katherine Taylor is a professional attorney that caters to her clients' needs and is knowledgeable. Katherine's efforts and dedication in reviewing my "new construction" purchase and sale agreement were first class. As a new home buyer, I wanted to ensure I took all precautions to protect my interest...s. Given my time constraints and job travel requirements, I was concerned that I would not be able to find an attorney to meet my needs to communicate virtually. Katherine rapidly responded to my initial email request and provided a very transparent fee schedule. Within one day, she reviewed a document in excess of 50 pages while providing excellent commentary. She even answered a number of separate questions that I posed. I would use her again and have already recommended her to a co-worker that is looking to purchase a new home.

Long term support of citizen land preservation actions

Ms. Taylor and I have worked together for several years on land use cases related to our neighborhood's strategic conservation and preservation activities. This has required us to contest development plans by: special interests, County Government and the Community College. In the course of these ...cases, Katherine has been responsive to and has channeled my assertive and high expectations into the methodical legal and land use processes. She has wide experience and has been able to connect me with specialists in land use, trial lawyers, and real estate attorneys. She understands how the wheels of county and state government mesh into land use and preservation. We have generally prevailed in our several zoning or legal initiatives. I have recommended Katherine to others with land use issues.

Estate Planning

I've known Katherine for years and she's always given me great legal advice when needed. Most recently she prepared our estate plans, wills, etc. for my husband and I after we had our first child. She made the process quick and painless, and answered all our questions with both professional and per...sonal advice.

Terrific lawyer!

I needed a contract to use with independent contractors in my business. Katherine got the job done quickly. The contract she developed is great. I enjoyed working with her.

"I have known Katherine for 20 years, first as a colleague, then as an attorney to whom I referred many clients, and now as leader in the community of lawyers where we both live. Katherine is an outstanding attorney, careful with detail, well versed in many aspects of the law, and uniquely qualified to handle business matters that have a financial twist to them with her background in accounting and law. I have worked in the nonprofit sector for many years and have referred nonprofit corporations to her when their needs were business and regulatory-oriented. Every organization that used Katherine's services remarked to me how satisfied they were with her legal advice and thanked me for for the reference. Katherine's unique background, her desire to ensure that her clients are satisfied with her service, and her far-ranging community contacts, make Katherine a top choice for corporate clients."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
