Simpson Law, P.A. was founded in 2003 to provide a comprehensive, compassionate, and convenient way for busy parents and professionals to obtain vitally necessary estate planning services. At your election, Suzanne will meet you in your own home, or at her office, during your non-working hours, to discuss the creation of your personal estate plan.

Simpson Law, P.A. provides clients with comprehensive estate planning services, including the preparation of various documents, strategies to reduce or eliminate estate tax liability, and recommendations regarding asset titling, life insurance, and beneficiary designations. The standard package of documents provided includes a Will, Power of Attorney for Health Care, Power of Attorney for Finances, and a Living Will. Depending upon the client’s needs, trusts such as marital trusts, children’s trusts, and life insurance trusts are advised and prepared. Suzanne also negotiates pre-marital agreements, employment contracts and prepares business succession plans for her clients.

Suzanne met her husband while hiking with the Washington Ski Club and stills enjoys family hikes, as well as biking, and international travel.

Prepared Wills and Trusts

Changed Wills and Trusts prperade in another state after our move to Maryland. All issues were clearly explained and advised for our best alternatives. All work was prepare expeditiously and accomplished in a short period.

Suzanne carefully went over the advance material we provided and explained in full the documents that she would prepare, all of which were in accord with the instructions we had provided. The amended revocable trust now reflects our wishes and will provide for our peace of mind.

Practical, adaptable, & a great listener

Very quick, thorough, and professional.

I contracted with Simpson Law to update my estate plan after moving to Maryland from another state. As a former attorney myself, I was very impressed by the responsiveness, thoughtfulness, and thoroughness of their work. For instance, I prefer contact over e-mail, not phone, and always received a very timely and informative response. Suzanne Simpson thinks about contingencies that other estate attorneys may not always address, such as basing beneficiary distributions on percentages and not on set dollar amounts. The location where we met was a pleasure on itself: beautiful grounds and an all-round lovely place to get everything in order. I also found that all the people I met with the firm were very pleasant. Five stars.

Will and Trust

This law office is efficient and thorough . We were pleased with the service we received . They were timely in answering any questions. They did what they said they were going to do. They provided us hard copy of everything and also provided a disk. I would recommend them for estate planning. They are experts in this field.

Roughly 13 years ago, I asked Suzanne to write my Last Will and Testament and health directives. I was very pleased by her work and attention to detail back then. More recently, as much has changed for me since that time, I asked Suzanne to provide me with an updated LWT, health directives and place my estate into a revocable trust. Suzanne is very efficient, stays on point, gives a quick turn around on the product, and has a wonderful team who are a pleasure to work with. On a personal level, Suzanne made me feel very comfortable about those end of life issues I had been worrying over. Its a fantastic feeling to have the sense of security these legal document provide. Very knowledgeable and helpful
