Nina Helwig was appointed by the court when I was going through a terrible custody battle over my two sons. My ex-wife and I had recently gone through a messy divorce in which neither of us were really blameless. Nina entered the case with a completely open mind. Nina was a blessing to us during my custody battle in America in 2011. Mrs. Helwig did an outstanding job in our guardianship case and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing her services. Custodial/Guardianship cases are never easy for either party no matter the circumstances they are almost always an emotional rollercoaster and it was nice to have someone we co...uld trust and that really cared about the case to work with. We had a very complicated case that did not have much if any case law to go off of and she did an excellent job doing research to make sure her filings were correct for our case.
