I HAD A AMAZING EXPERIENCE HERE AT THIS LAW FIRM.I CAM IN FOR PERSONAL INJURY DUE TO A CAR ACCIDENT. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. MY ATTORNEY JOHN WAS WAS PROFESSIONAL WITH THE HELP OF CAROLINE THEY WERE A DYNAMIC TEAM. I GOTTEN WHAT I DESERVE AND IM IMPRESSED. THANK YOU PRICE BENOWITZ

personal injury case

This was a very difficult case but John persevered to investigate every angle that might lead to success. I was treated with the utmost respect and my opinions were sought and valued. Although I did not win the case, I did receive a settlement (albeit a small one). The lawyers cut their fees so I w...ould receive adequate money. Then when Medicare attached a lien on the payment, john worked to get Medicare to refund the overpayment. It did and I received full settlement. John's kindness, patience and perservience paid off. I was grateful for the experience.

I found Price Benowitz and John Yannone through the internet, and immediately spoke to someone about my case. Price Benowitz was very responsive to my case and came to my house the very next day to address my case in which I was injured in an auto accident. The communication between Price Benowitz... and me was extremely good. Andy kept me up to date with everything, and every time I had a question it was addressed promptly. Andy and Amanda where very helpful in my case as my english was limited and they assisted me through this rough time. I really liked how Price Benowitz had several spanish speakers to help me. I would recommend Price Benowitz and John Yannone to any friends and family members who are in need of experienced attorneys.

If you need a personal injury attorney, look no further - John is your man

I was hit by a drunk driver who tried to pay me off and leave the scene. I didn't know where to go from there, as I was injured and had never needed a personal injury attorney before. I spoke with an attorney in NY who knew my girlfriend, and that attorney recommended Price Benowitz LLP. Once I hired... John, he gave me the best possible advice about how to handle my situation. Even better, he and his staff were very helpful in taking the initiative with what needed to be done so I didn't have to inconvenience myself with the many steps of the process. In the end, I was pleased with the result because John made a good case out of a difficult situation, and I feel he got me the compensation I deserved and more.
