I am an American by choice. Arrived in the US as a child and have lived in places spanning the spectrum...from New York City (Queens) to Hanford, Central California (yeah, try and find it on the map). I have travelled quite a bit and have visited Peru, Ecuador and several European countries.
I think nobody is perfect and we have all done something wrong to somebody at some point in our lives. If you are a good person that made a mistake, then I will defend you. If you were caught driving having had one too many, don't do it again, but I will help you so that one mistake should not destroy your life. The same with drugs. If you got caught smoking some weed, guess what, both President Obama and Clinton did it, but did not get caught. I will defend you.
If you are an immigrant trying to help his family, I will defend you. If you are an immigrant sitting in ICE detention because of a mistake (either by the government or you) then I will help you. If you are someone trying to file an immigration petition for your spouse (gay, straight, blue, purple or otherwise) I will help you.
If you are defending a domestic violence charge, or a protective order, I will defend you. If you need to divorce your spouse, I can help you. If you are fighting with you business partner over that piece of land you both thought was going to make you all lots of money, I can help you.
You will pay a reasonable fee for my help. If I take you on as a client you can count that I will be honest with you and I believe in your case. If there is nothing I can do, I will tell you.
