Charles (Charlie) Lamari is a civil trial attorney in College Park, Maryland. Charlie is experienced in handling a variety personal injury, criminal, real estate, community association, and landlord-tenant matters. Prior to joining Christian, Ashin & Brown, P.C., Charlie was an associate attorney at a renowned large Bethesda, Maryland law firm for five (5) years where handled hundreds of trials and hearings throughout Maryland’s state and federal courts. After law school Charlie served as the Judicial Law Clerk for the District Court of Maryland for Montgomery County, where he clerked for all ten (10) of its sitting judges. Charlie is admitted to practice law in Maryland’s state and federal courts, and the District of Columbia.
In 2022, Charlie obtained a $1.2 million dollar settlement for a client who sustained a permanent foot injury in a Maryland car accident. In 2023, Charlie secured a $1 million settlement for a client who sustained a permanent leg injury in a Maryland tractor-trailer accident.
In 2022 & 2023 Charlie was selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers for his Plaintiff's Personal Injury work in Maryland and Washington, D.C. The process for being selected to “Rising Stars” is similar to the process for being selected to “Super Lawyers” except the attorney must be younger than 40 years old or in practice for less than 10 years. Auto accident personal injury settlement
