Jason Daniel Kisner

Jason Kisner is the founder of Kisner Law, a personal injury and workers’ compensation firm dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals across Maryland and Washington, D.C. He is known for combining compassionate client service with an aggressive approach in the courtroom, ensuring that those who have suffered serious injuries have a strong advocate in their corner.

A native of western Maryland, Jason comes from a blue-collar background and worked for a railroad company before entering the legal profession. This experience gave him a deep understanding of the challenges faced by hard-working Americans. He brings that perspective to his practice, offering support and guidance to people navigating some of the most difficult times in their lives.

Jason earned a B.A. from Villanova University and an M.S. from West Virginia University before pursuing his law degree at Florida Coastal School of Law. He later completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at The George Washington University Law School.

Early in his career, Jason defended insurance companies in injury cases. That role gave him valuable insight into how insurers and their attorneys operate, including the tactics they often use to minimize or deny claims. Drawing on this knowledge, Jason now works to level the playing field for injury victims, standing firm against unfair practices and pursuing full compensation on their behalf.

Over the course of his career, Jason has represented clients in more than 500 district court trials and more than 75 jury trials. He is undaunted by large corporations or powerful opponents, taking on complex cases with determination and a “David vs. Goliath” mindset.
