Elizabeth Joan McInturff

Elizabeth represents individuals and businesses throughout Maryland and Washington D.C. in complex civil and commercial disputes, as well as in contested adult guardianship matters. She regularly appears before both State and Federal Courts as well as before administrative and arbitration (JAMS, AAA) bodies. Elizabeth focuses her practice on civil litigation, including Plaintiff’s side litigation, contract disputes, employment litigation, construction litigation, and actions arising under consumer protection Acts and State Wage Laws. Elizabeth also takes on clients in private domestic law matters, including in guardianship matters.
