Susan is very unresponsive and lazy. I witnessed her waste countless of her clients hours and give many false promises. She never seemed interested in the case and it really showed in her actions. It is sad really, because she turned an already somewhat bad situation and made it worse. I would recomm...end looking elsewhere for your custody needs.

I hired Susan for my custody case. She started off great and would suggest/require certain things from me and I would complete/provide them. As time progressed, Susan became very lazy and uninterested in my case. She would miss phone calls and emails and ask me to provide her with something that I ha...d already given her weeks ago. We had our trial coming up and she wanted me to settle the case with an unfavorable outcome on my end. I felt I had no choice and decided to settle, when we got to court I had second thoughts and told her I want to go to trial instead of settling. Well she didn’t bring any of the evidence that she bragged took up multiple bins (it was collecting dust in her office). Susan cried to me in the court house, admitting that she did not give me her all and assured me that we will appeal the decision and come back strong. So appeal the decision is what we did that same day. Now ready for the second trial, she again requested me to provide her with evidence and everything I had, we are talking nasty voice recordings, photos, arrest records, witnesses, etc... I provided her with my witness list at least three times, so she could prepare the subpoenas. Fast forward to hearing the trial date, she hasn’t sent out the subpoenas, so I take off of work to try and do it myself without success. I was furious and contacted Susan the Friday before our Monday trial, she had the audacity to tell me to fire her. With all odds against me, she kept pressuring me to settle again for an unfavorable decision on my end, which was the same decision as the first settlement. She wasted plenty of my time and money to do absolutely nothing. She will schedule things and cancel last minute and is always sick. Oh and if it is raining out, it is a guarantee that she will be sick and cancel anything she has scheduled with you. She is a complete joke of a lawyer and embarrassed me in court. Please avoid her and please read the other negative reviews on her.

Leslie Fraser has been a legal nightmare. It has been based on innumerable amounts of false legal promises that were never done. I was provided with harmful and inaccurate advice or lead to believe legal resolution would be forthcoming. There have been numerous errors and false claims of legal representation which lead to loss after loss for any dealings with my case. This has created legal misrepresentation that has resulted in an unfavorable final resolution for my children and me. The legal representation that I have received has been focused on Susan Leslie Fraser’s desires to make a name for herself for case law, countless excuses of excessive personal problems which has led to countless errors, missed deadlines, unanswered phone calls or e-mail correspondences, last minute canceled appointments due to schedule conflicts or personal issues and failure to provide legal representation promised by Susan Leslie-Fraser. I have been coerced and forced by her into making additional monetary payments for services that were never used by being threatened that Susan Leslie-Fraser would not provide legal representation. Most egress act that Ms. Fraser has done now is her failure to give me back my file once I fired her. I was not able to appeal my case and was forced to withdraw the appeal. I cannot fight without my file to see what if anything she did. Several times in court the Judge told Ms. Fraser to just go sit down because he was tired of her antics in the court room. He even threatened to hold her in contempt. When I questioned her on her disruptive actions she told me I was delirious. These actions are all documented. On one occasion Ms. Fraser left the court room to use the restroom while I was being questioned. Her vulgar language and actions are unprofessional and disturbing.
