How does nolle prosequi sound to you? Like heaven!

After nearly 3 months of excruciating worry and waiting, a serious traffic allegation of aggressive driving was settled expertly by my attorney with the best possible outcome anyone could want. It was dismissed-it took hard work on both of our parts-I provided the background using my expertise on hum...an behavior and keen observation skills, and Mr. Soldan did the rest-the most important part. I was able to observe his interactions as I sat by the sidelines in court and realized that I was fortunate to have selected him. Excellent lawyer

Very professional. I dont hesitate to contact him after his reviews I got a traffic ticket for speeding in school zone and he resolve my problem in court. No points in my driver license and no points to my insurance company thank you very much for your help

Reckless Driving Citation

I made an illegal U-Turn at the Dulles Airport and the officer slapped my with a Reckless Driving Citation. Being a out-of-state driver I wasn’t sure where to turn. Out of blind luck I found Thomas Soldan. Due to his relationship with the prosecutors, he was able to reduce this charge to Failure to O...bey a Highway sign. Money Well Spent!

Excellent Lawyer!

Thomas is amazing at what he does. He is very attentive and even more knowledgeable. He is very good at painting a picture of how everything is going to go, prepares you for the worst case scenario, and then delivers excellent results. I highly recommend Thomas if you need a lawyer.
