You want Tom in your legal corner

My daughter was involved in a domestic violence situation in Virginia, but I live out of state. After web reviewing many attorneys in the Leesburg area, I chose Tom. I could not be more pleased with my choice. Tom was very responsive and spent time listening to me and immediately went to my daughte...r's defense, which was a huge relief for me. After an unexpected turn of events he was ready to "do battle" for her, but was able to get the charges dismissed. Tom is highly knowledgeable, and knows the system. He is the attorney to have representing you.

Mr. Soldan has your back!

5 stars is not enough for Mr. Soldan. Having never been in the specific type of legal trouble that he specializes in, I was completely lost and worried. Luckily the personal reviews from his previous clients gave me confidence. Mr. Soldan responded with urgency and accuracy upon my initial request fo...r consultation. Mine was a special case that extended past the usual 6 month period but resulted in the best outcome possible. In fact, because of his major network within the Loudoun County legal system, he was able to collaborate with the State in my favor. I'm beyond grateful for how Mr. Soldan helped and guided me. Helped resolve a 25 year old issue.

Thomas helped me through the process of putting in a petition and getting rights restored that had been lost. He outlined what needed to happen, what the process was, and then what should happen. Things happened as he said they would in the time he said they would. He and his staff were also very res...ponsive with communication and to answer questions when I had them.
