Best Lawyer you can find

I had a misdemeanor charge and was terrified to my soul about it. The best thing I did regarding this was to hire Mr Soldan as my attorney. He explained everything to me and made me a little calm than I already was. Also he knows every judge and how they work. And Mr Soldan plans your trial according...ly. In my case he got my case dismissed even before going to the trial!!! He convinced the prosecution to drop the charges and I couldn't have wished for anything better. I would definitely recommend him for everyone's case. He's a life saver

Excellent Service

I was accused of shoplifting though I did not steal anything but technically my action can be claimed as shoplifting. I hired Mr. Thomas Soldan who helped me enormously. As a new immigrant from a third world country, I had no concept of super market or mall. With my relatives, I went to I visited... Costco. I noticed Costco has different sections of variety of items from groceries to garments to books. Whatever you need to buy, select and carry them everywhere inside and finally pay in the counter before leaving. I went to Walmart, and noticed the similarity except it has counters at most of the sections. I understood, as long as you are under the same roof, it is ok to select items and carry everywhere under the same roof. Finally, I went to a mall which is superior to Costco or Walmart. Instead of having open sections, it has huge rooms with names separating different items under the same roof. I went to a section called Sephora which is inside JC Penney. I was looking at cosmetics. My relatives were other parts of the mall. While I was selecting item, I came out of Sephora with few items in my hand several times because my daughter was asking for t-shirts hanging in front of Sephora. I knew I can do that because I was under the same roof. By the time my relative called me to met her in the downstairs. I could not select correct cosmetics because I was not familiar of so many brands. I thought I should carry few of those with me, and then with consultation of my relative, I'll decide which ones to take and which once to put back. As we were going out to sit on the couch inside the mall, I thought I can show all the items to her, and finalize which ones to buy. As I stepped to the door of JC Penney, an officer stopped me and asked for all the items. He took all those items including my personal items frfom my bag. He called police officer, and asked me to sign some papers and finally hand over me to police custody accusing me of shop lifting. I mentioned him that I'm not taking those items away, I'll pay after I select some of the items. Moreover, I'm inside the mall, I'm under the same roof. But, that did not avail. We search for a lawyer, and decided to hire Mr. Soldan. He had a family urgency. However, he listen to my case, and tried his best to save me. Though it was clear that was not stealing and I did not understand that shops in mall are not just one shop under the same roof, they are different shops under the same roof. I developed a misconcept and I misunderstood. However, if anyone does not want to believe me, we have no way to prove it. I had no hope but going to jail. Mr. Soldan worked really hard. He tried all avenues to save me.F inally, he negotiated to reduce the accusation, and saved a jail term with extra fines. I'm so grateful to him for his excellent service. I'll recommend Mr. Thomas Soldan to anyone who needs an attorney.

Superman of Lawyers

If you want your freedom you will choose Mr.Sold an period. He has a tenth degree black belt in law. Mr.Soldan took my case which I was going to go to jail for sure and kept me out of the slammer and with minimal court costs. He did everything and then some to defend me. He literally went out of his ...way to personally speak to witnesses going against me and sway them to our side. (Jedi Mind Trick?) Bottom line is there IS no better lawyer than Thomas Sold an I guarantee it.

Great defense lawyer...super job for our case

Outstanding legal representation, but more importantly, a patient and clear communicator to his clients. Took the time to explain to the entire family the impact and likely outcomes for a DUI incident. Actively engaged with authorities to identify and pursue all defense options and gave us realisti...c choices. Stayed with us the entire way. The outcome was much more positive than we could have imagined. Highly recommend Mr. Soldan if you need a defense attorney.

Dui,no license,refusal

I was so glad I reached out to Mr.soldan! He went out of his way to make sure he helped me with my case and got exactly what I wanted for an outcome from the first time we talked I knew he was going to the the lawyer I hired never had a doubt that i was in good hands. While being in provation I thoug...ht everything was done I has lost my hopes but and then I contacted Mr.Soldan thanks to Mr.Soldan I got the results I neverwould have thought of when everything was against me in my case and worse of it was in loudon county where cases like that hardly ever get reduced to something less.
