Mr. Earley Sr. and team was amazing. The first thing Mr. Earley did was reassuring and putting my mind at ease. I appreciated and needed that reassure because I was a total rack. Then he told me if I retain him he can't promise me anything but, he will try his best to get drop or reduce. Afte...r a day or two I called and hired Mr. Earley to represent me. I can’t express enough, my gratitude and appreciation for the work that Mark Earley did with my case. He was very kind, genuine as well as direct and to the point. My case had gone on for literally almost 2 years. Mark was my 2nd attorney due to after a year of case continuations my case had to be ap...pealed and it required a new Lawyer. When I say I was beyond please with Mr Earley's professionalism, his ability to explain my charges clearly and percisely and his honesty on the best case/ worst case scenarios resulting possible outcomes of my case, thats an understatement. The fact that Mr Earley Sr. took the time to send me a list ...of things I should bring to court to be prepared and help my case was phenomenal. No one wants to feel helpless when it comes to their liberties, no matter how big or small the infraction or charges and he made me feel like I was apart of fighting this battle with him. Never getting into any trouble with the law or going to court before made me nervous about stepping foot in a courtroom in front of a judge, but Mr Earley Sr made those nerves go away from first sight. He was confident and looked me right in the eyes and told me he was going to fight for me. It made me feel like I was one of his family members and like he was going to represent for me in that courtroom like he would for a sister or daughter. My worries were put at ease. Though I wish I would never need to see Mr Earley Sr again for another traffic infraction, I wanted to take the time to highly recommend him because if I could pass the blessing of having good representation in court to someone else in need he would be the first one I would refer. Being from outside of VA, I had trust issues with lawyers from other states, but Mr Earley was very knowledgeable about VA laws, as well as having expertise on traffic, DUI, DWI and speeding charges.
