I interviewed many lawyers for my case and was underwhelmed by most all of them and overwhelmed at their fees; until I contacted Mr. Mark Earley. At consultation, ...he was very straight forward and didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear, but what I was legally facing and how much he would charge me. The reality of a DUI is laws are strict in Virginia [and rightfully so] and it is costly. He is a very experienced lawyer who I immediately felt confident in and comfortable with. He prepared me well enough that I was granted my restricted driver’s license at my court appearance, which saved me a lot of time and money later.
