A real Caring attorney
I would recommend Kim Luckey to anyone. I felt as thought she became a friend that was there to defend me, support me, and fight for my case. Kim was able to see the overall picture in my case and I truly felt that she was there in the best interest of my case. I owe her a million!!

Extremely well prepared
Ms. Luckey represented me in my divorce case. She appeared before the court with me four times in my case and was always extremely well prepared. Her approach is very methodical stating the facts of the case in a direct and logical fashion. She is very respectful of all parties involved but with a...

Don't waste your money
Do not hire Kimberly Luckey. She is a horrible attorney and wish I could have sued her for malpractice, for how bad her representation was. She was so bad that when I wanted to go back to court, I paid her $500 consultation fee, listened to her tell me "You're screwed", and then have her tell me sh...
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I understand that this was a frustrating experience for you and we take client feedback seriously in all cases. While we cannot comment on the specifics of any representation due to our ethical obligation to maintain client confidentiality, our role as attorneys includes giving honest assessments of a client’s legal position, including when options may be limited under the law and to provide clear, candid legal advice grounded in the facts and applicable law, even when that advice may be difficult or unwelcome. However, the client is always the ultimate decision maker in all cases and those decisions shape the legal position that follows. We also maintain a strict expectation of professionalism and civility in all client interactions. In rare instances where that standard cannot be met on both sides, it may be appropriate to conclude a consultation and issue a refund. We are proud of the work we do for our clients and the results we achieve, and we encourage prospective clients to explore a range of online reviews to consider the full scope of our work and to contact us directly to determine whether our approach aligns with their needs.
"I have had the pleasure of havig Ms. Luckey as my opponent in the courtroom. She is professional, prepared, and is a skilled advocate for her clients. I highly endorse her."
"Kim is a strong advocate for her clients. Anyone lucky enough (no pun intended) to have Kim as their attorney is in great hands! I wouldn't want to be on the other side."
"Kimberly is a dedicated and hardworking attorney. Her work ethic, knowledge of the law, and ability to present her client's case in court really gives her clients an edge."
