I graduated from George Mason University School of Law in 1988. At age twenty-four, I began practicing law as an associate with a general practice firm, handling the firm's workers' compensation claims. In 1992, I established my own practice, dedicated primarily to helping injured workers and their families. During my first ten years of practice I also served as a court appointed criminal defense attorney and guardian ad litem for children and incapacitated adults. Thereafter my practice was limited exclusively to workers' compensation.

Workman's Comp
Diane helped me with a situation I was unable to handle on my own.
"Diane is a highly-experienced and passionate attorney. She knows what she is doing and she fiercely advocates for her clients. I endorse this lawyer."
"Diane is a zealous advocate for injured workers in the Manassas area. She is a regular contributor to the Virginia Trial Lawyers Worker's compensation list serve and her article on Permanent and Total Disability claims helped me to prevail on a large claim/ settlement."
"I endorse this lawyer. Diane possesses that rare combination of technical knowledge and compassion for the human condition which uniquely qualifies her as an advocate of injured workers. I urge anyone pursuing a Workers' Compensation claim in her locale to seek her advice and counsel."
"I endorse this lawyer, who is a fellow member of a nationwide Bar organization that is concerned with the rights of injured workers. Diane is dedicated to helping injured workers. She works diligently to provide the best possible representation to her clients. If you are injured at work in Virginia, please contact Diane for advice before you make any significant decisions about your claim!"
"I endorse this lawyer. If you have been injured on the job, you certainly should only use an attorney who practices workers' compensation on a full-time basis, like Diane McNamara in Manassas, Virginia. I have known Diane since we started law school over 20 years ago, and she distinguished herself right away as an excellent attorney who fights hard for the rights of her individual clients."
"I endorse this lawyer based on working with her for a client together: Diane managed her workers compensation claim, I managed a product liability claim (against a jet manufacturer due to injury to the flight attendant client). Diane was highly professional and always informed about the workers compensation law and system and seemed to answer all the client's questions, and answer mine about the status of the claim, and how to best proceed. I definitely recommend her to any prospective client seeking to be assured that they are making a good attorney decision."
