Highly Recommend

I was discharged in 2015 under the Temporary Disability Retirement List. A brief explanation of what it means is I was discharged with a disability rating from the DOD which allowed me to have Tricare benefits. TDRL is a temporary program. Based on your conditions at any point after your follow-ups o...r the end of the program you can be found Fit for Full Duty, receive a severance, or transfer to Permanent Disability Retirement List. I feel I had hard time grasping this process. There was a lack of communication on PERS-95’s end. Marc stepped in and eased so much of the anxiety I had. Anytime I had questions, concerns, or just to clarify information Marc was available through email or phone. I received a response in a timely manner and answered my calls. I feel that is very important for me to say because I have had my fair share of attorneys (for different reasons). It makes a client feel valued when the person you hire to fight for them always answers the phone. It truly makes me respect Marc and this firm. Given all the medical information I had to submit for Marc to review, I never felt any judgement or discomfort. Because of Marc’s guidance and support I was able to get what I wanted in the end from PERS. I really appreciate Marc and the firm.

Top Secret Clearance Granted

I hired Mr. Napolitana to help me with a NOPA letter stating that I was unsuitable to obtain a top-secret clearance due to the disclosure of shoplifting when I was 15 years old during the Polygraph examination. Mr. Napolitana did a great job preparing my case which resulted in a favorable decision g...ranting me a Top-Secret Clearance.

Quality over quantity

Mr. Marc Napolitana ESQ. is a very thorough and competent professional who always had my best interests in mind. Mr. Napolitana would not hesitate to tell me when he had to curb my actions based on his expert experience, to gain the best outcome . I was always informed when Mr. Napolitana gave update...s to the case and I always felt like my trust I place in him was in very good hands. He never missed a scheduled meeting and he always took my calls. What I especially liked about Mr. Napolitana was his ability to remain calm in this crisis situations. Mr. Napolitana became a key part through out this process and I owe a debt of gratitude to him for his service. He is a solid lawyer who practices nothing but the best customer service methods. Rest easy as you are truly in good hands.

security clearance

I worked with both Daniel Meyer and Marc Napolitana at Tully Rinckey. If there were a way to score them higher than five stars, I would. In a decade of work at the very forefront of the US and global communications fields, I've never encountered professionals to equal them for acumen, caring, and hon...esty. They not only salvaged my dreams of a 2nd career in national security, but in the doing, so completely exceeded my expectations that I'm now unwilling to proceed down this new professional path without their support. I deeply regret that the specifics of my case and the responsibilities I'm about to assume are such that I'm unable to elaborate any further on the exceptional service Dan and Marc rendered me; I'm concerned that the dearth of detail will make the review seem overblown or otherwise unreliable. I thus truly hope that the two additional points I am at liberty to add, will drive home just how superlative these two are: 1) Dan and Marc came in four figures (!!!) under what they estimated my situation would cost to resolve. Within 24 hours of closing my case, then, Marc contacted me, completely unprompted, to begin the process of reimbursing the balance of the funds I'd tendered up front. Indeed determined to keep them on-team, though, I insisted they keep my account open. 2) I've authorized Dan and Marc to discuss my case, and even directly connect me to any clients/potential clients who they feel might benefit from learning more about my case, and who they deem to be sufficiently reliable/discrete. Put succinctly, then: I trust them blindly, with my money and my career. I hope this leaves no doubt that, if you need the finest possible council in their areas of expertise, you should as well.

Phenomenal and Swift Service

Marc Napolitana saved my future. I am an Army ROTC cadet at Christopher Newport University in Newport News, VA, and we are part of a joint ROTC program with William & Mary. I earned an on-campus scholarship of 3 years that covered tuition, room and board, meal plan, and a monthly stipend. However, I ...had a medical history that I had no control over (psychological medication taken from age 11-16), and it was questioned by the Department of Defense Medical Examination Review Board. My case was pushed for over a year ad hardly looked over. Therefore, my family had to pay everything for my sophomore year, which should have been covered by the Army ROTC scholarship. I was beyond frustrated that my case was taking so long. I finished number 1 out of 40 cadets in the MS2 class, so I got to choose if I wanted to go to Airborne or Air Assault School for a specialty school option my school offered. Because I was not cleared in time, this did not get granted to me. So, I looked online for attorneys to hire, and Marc was the first name that showed up for this firm. He was extremely concerned with my case, for he was just as frustrated that a cadet in my position did not have their case being looked over. He got down to business right away and reached out to the individuals of highest authority and got this case handled within weeks. Because of Marc, I am getting the rest of my schooling paid for, getting money back, and able to fulfill my purpose as becoming a commissioned officer in the Army. I cannot thank Marc enough for his swift abilities, attention to detail, and honorable concern for my case. I truly do not know what I would have done without his help.
