Excellent Lawyer

I hired Leizer as my defense attorney in a employment discrimination case. Leizer and his team worked extremely hard to ensure the best outcome for me and my family. Leizer is very professional and detailed in his cases and very knowledgeable. I am so grateful that I hired him and his team to represe...nt me in my case. If you want the best results for your case hire The Goldsmith Lawfirm they are superb!

The best!!!

Let me say first that Mr. Goldsmith is the best attorney! He took my case of pregnancy discrimination and retaliation after another attorney just took my money and did nothing. With his diligent help and guidance, I was able to recoup what I lost and much more. I think most important was that he actu...ally stopped and really listened to my plight and was genuinely interested in helping unlike the other guy. So yes I would highly recommend him with no hesitation. Dr Jones.

The Most Unprofessional Firm

Called firm in early January took almost a month to get an appointment not because they are so busy but Mr. Goldsmith had to review my documents and decide if it was worth meeting me. Finally got appointment and was told I had to pay $450 I reminded them I was told this would be on contingency, then... they said I had to pay $175. Met with Mr. Goldsmith a month ago and he would only start the conversation after I had given him a check. This was a basic employer discrimination and defamation issue. It has been almost a month and I still have not heard if they are taking my case or not. In the meantime I keep trying to get some answers from his office, but what is most interesting is that he does not have anyone in the office on a full time basis, they don;t respond to voicemails or emails and when I finally did hear from someone two weeks ago they said that Mr. Goldsmith was still working on theories, what a load of crap. This case was already outlined in detail prior to my going to this firm. Not having anyone return your calls or emails 99% of the time is not acceptable, not having anyone actually in the office (it is a shared office space) also unacceptable. They take your money and run

Very professional and successful

Leizer has been perfect in my discrimination and employment case. He did handle with care, rigor and professionalism my case. He was accessible and very focused. He knows how and when to take critical decisions. He provides good and detailed guidance. He is a hard worker and a good negotiator who pay...s special attention to the critical elements of a case. I enjoyed working with him.

Attorney Review

I became a client of the Goldsmith firm in 2013. I had been wrongfully terminated from a company which had repeatedly practiced and fostered a very hostile and uncomfortable work environment both racially and religiously. To never have been subjected to such a situation and a termination in my care...er left me afraid, embarrassed, depressed and just plain scared to name a few. But truly, from the moment that I met my terrific attorney (Kyle Ingram), and Mr. Goldsmith I never ever ever had a single doubt concerning the outcome of my case. This firm, each and everyday, was always the absolute best and most professional. And I would recommend anyone and everyone that I know to not look for any others to handle your matter if they were in need of legal remedy of work place employment issues.

"I have known Leizer Goldsmith in a professional capacity for more than ten years. As a former employee, I have seen him interact with clients up close and personal. Not only is Leizer personable and client-focused, he is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about employment law. Leizer is a tenacious litigator (see: Friolo v. Frankel, 819 A.2d 354 (2003) and its aftermath) and advocate. Bottom line: Leizer is the lawyer I would use if I ever required the services of an employment lawyer."
