About Bradley
Biography
Brad brings over a decade of experience to the practice of law. He represents and advises clients in consumer immigration matters. Upon graduating from Washington and Lee University School of Law, he served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Michael P. McWeeny and the Honorable Lorraine Nordlund of the Fairfax County Circuit Court. After clerking, Brad was a trial attorney with the Office of the Public Defender. In that role he represented clients Virginia trial courts, the Virginia Court of Appeals and the Virginia Supreme Court.
In 2012, Brad left the Public Defender’s Office to become a founding partner in the firm of Henson Pachuta & Kammerman, PLLC. In that role, he focused his attention on immigration law, representing clients in removal defense, family immigration petitions, asylum, special immigrant juvenile status petitions, and consular processing.
Brad founded Henson Immigration Law, PLLC in 2022 to focus his practice on representing clients with family based adjustment of status, consular processing, and citizenship applications. He also advises criminal defense attorneys whose clients have concerns about the effect their criminal case will have on their immigration status.

Professional and effective
