Received good information

I consulted with Atty Mahoney. I left out one star because I was unsure if I was going to be contacted for my consult, so I called the firm. His previous appointment was running late and he explained that to me. I understand the nature of appointments running late, so it was not a big deal to me. ...He allowed me to speak about my case and listened well. He gave me great information that I didn’t know and verified things that I have researched. He gave me a plan on what the firm can do to represent me and was quick with the information that he said he was going to send.

Great encounter

Had a great experience talking with Mr Mahoney. He is very direct and knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and what I thought. He was not pushy. I’m thankful a friend recommended his firm. If anyone is being harassed in the work place do something about it. I Look forward to working with him moving... forward.

Stay Away. History of Misconduct

Took tens of thousands of dollars from me and ghosted me. Missed the deadline to submit discovery documents, resulting in an order to compel and possible sanctions. Stay away from this firm, I am not the first person they have done this to. Check the DC Bar attorney discipline page, you will see thei...r history. You are better off paying your drunk uncle to represent you.

Avoid like the plague

I hired this firm a year ago! All they have done is bill me double for consultations between them selves! I am out more than 17k and they refuse to refund me money they owe me!! I have found more than a dozen fraudulent charges so far! Please please do your self a favor and find a reputable law firm!... Cause this is not! Unbelievable! Absolute joke of a firm!!
