Initial Consultation

I contacted Mr. Mahoney office after a bad experience with another attorney, I had a dealine to appeal my case which is fast approaching. I was reluctant and ready to give up. Mr. Mahoney immediately contacted me to setup an initial consultation. On the day of the consultation, there was a mixed up ...with the appointment, and the secretary said he would call me later that day since he had back to back appointments and couldn't meet with me at my scheduled appointment. I had anxiety attack thinking no one was going to call me. Let me tell you Mr. Mahoney called me about an hour later and listen and discussed my case. He made me feel he already know my case. Mr.Mahoney was helpful and transparent. I was so relieved. I am looking forward to working with Mr.Mahoney and his staff. I will definitely submit an update review when my case is completed

Hired after our consultation

Mr. Mahoney was very thorough and prompt. During my consultation he gave me some pointers and didn’t waste any time talking with me. I’ve been harassed by management and denied FMLA leave and discriminated against my disability and denied temporary accommodation. I shouldn’t be harassed on a daily ...basis and the agency allows this type of behavior. I can’t wait to be able to work in a peaceful work environment and be treated fairly. I am confident Mr. Mahoney & his team will be able to settle this issue in a timely manner.
