NICK, Help me put my life back together after being hurt on the job.

Could not ask for a more honest and truly caring person to advocate for me when life seemed at its worst, was injured in a auto accident while on the job. Nick was there for me through a three year long battle to fight for my Healthcare & lost wages, was finally able to have spinal surgery 6 months ago and feeling like I have had my life and a sense of pride & dignity returned to me once again able to now get back to work and more importantly being able to help my wife with the kids again. To this man I owe my deepest gratitude, I thank God everyday for being able to walk without pain and for placing me in the care of the best attorney around! He is truly the BEST!!

Nick is a founding partner at Pratcher Krayer LLC practicing in the areas of personal injury and workers' compensation law. Prior to founding Pratcher Krayer LLC, Nick was a partner at another personal injury firm in Wilmington, Delaware. Prior to representing Plaintiffs and Claimants, Nick worked at a Wilmington, Delaware insurance defense firm where he provided representation to insurance carriers in personal injury and workers' compensation matters. He ultimately switched to representing Plaintiffs and Claimants because he enjoys helping individual people and ensuring those that suffer injuries get the compensation they deserve.

Nick also previously served as a Deputy Attorney General at the State of Delaware Department of Justice from where he prosecuted criminal cases and served as a Deputy Child Advocate for the State of Delaware Office of the Child Advocate where he provided representation to neglected and abused children.

Nick is a member of the Delaware Bar and the Federal District Court for the District of Delaware. Nick is the current Preside of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, Workers' Compensation and Torts Section, the Randy J. Holland Workers' Compensation Inn of Court and is a member of the Leaders Forum for the American Association for Justice.

Great experience and outcome

Auto accident

Nick was amazing , this was my first Time ever being injured in an accident and needing to hire an attorney and he was beyond amazing was very helpful explain things to me very in-depth always return calls and answered every question that I had Kelsey was a very big help too , in such a low point in my life Nick and Kelsey always made sure I was reassured about my case. Highly recommended

My husband and I were injured in a car accident. Even though we had zero liability, the process in dealing with insurance companies, car rentals, medical bills, etc., is extremely frustrating, time-consuming and upsetting. Nick and his team did a great job of making this as easy as possible for us and did so through the entire pandemic environment. An Excellent Experience and Positive Outcome

I would not be where I am today in my recovery from my 2017 auto accident injuries without Nicholas M. Krayer, Esq. He is not only a very experienced , knowledgeable, and honest attorney but he was a caring, compassionate advocate for me as well. Couldn’t ask for a better person to represent me!

Great to work with for my case

Nick helped me through my workman's comp case. Nick was able to assist me in getting my wages, Dr. bills & additional financial reimbursement of funds I would have never known about.
