This attorney made a fool out of the plantiff. He picked up so many of the false statements made by the plantiff and made issue to his written complaint that he had to withdraw part of the case. He is fully knowledgable on the laws. I would fully recommend Konrad in any case with his credentials. He will treat you as a friend and with full honesty,

Konrad is very knowledgable about the criminal aspect of law. He kept me well informed of the court procedures and upcoming hearings. He was very helpful as far as negotiating a positive outcome.

I had the unpleasant experience of being electronically stalked and harrassed by a psychopathic young man whom I did not know, but who had paranoid delusions about a person with whom we both shared an acquantence. Despite calling my local police, the calls/texts persisted. Calling the number back to warn this nut I was going to call the police led to me being charged with making a harrassing call. Mr. Jarzyna was immediately responsive to my need for his expertise, prepared thoroughly, was clear about all my options, and negotiated a settlement that was acceptable to all. I would not hesitate to use him again (though one experience like this in a lifetime is enough).

I was truly blessed when I found Konrad. Over the past year he has been my rock. My husband became ill with pancreatic cancer July of last year. We were devastated. During this time Konrad was there for me. His compassion was amazing. Not only did he handle all of the legal issues we were dealing with at that time but he cared about what we were going through. Konrad is an excellent lawyer who not only is very knowledgable about law, but has a genuine care for his clients. I have used Konrads services on multilpe occasions, and for a variety of cases. In all occasions we got the outcome we are looking for. In my eyes Konrad is a life saver.

Since my initial consultation with Mr. Jarzyna, he is aware that I am on a fixed income due to a permanent disability. My case involved receiving a large amount of money owed to me via a Decree signed by the Master Attorney assigned to my case. The Master Attorney stated and my attorney reiterated that the amount of money owed to me stated in the Court Decree must be placed in my bank account within 30 days from the date of the Master Hearing (September 10, 2018) and if not placed in my bank account on the 31st day after the said hearing (October 10, 2018) the Sheriff of Berks County will serve a warrant on the Defendant and take him into custody. It is now approximately three years since I hired Mr. Jarzyna as my attorney and four months since the Decree was issued for the Defendant to return my money, and I have not received the money owed to me, nor have I heard from Mr. Jarzyna even after leaving a number of voicemails. Six months in from retaining Mr. Jarzyna, each time I tried to contact him, no one at his law firm answers the phone and I leave a voicemail. I wait at least 3-4 months each time with no contact from Mr. Jarzyna, by telephone call, text, email, or letter, and I leave 2 or 3 voicemails. At least two times of which I am aware, he was out of the country for personal reasons. He did not notify me or the Berks County Bar Association, and did not arrange for another attorney to cover his sole practice. Both times he was out of the country the telephone was not answered and I left numerous voicemails. I have been contacted by him via USPS only when a court hearing was ordered by the judge and/or master attorney. I am extremely disappointed in Mr. Jarzyna, and I cannot in good faith give Mr. Jarzyna a good review, or refer anyone to his practice.

Konrad Jarzyna's office arranged a phone conference for the next evening to discuss my situation. I waited all night but nobody called, so I can't review anything other than that fact.
