I kept telling Russell no to paying an actuary to put a valuation on my pension which wasn't necessary to do. I kept telling Russell no to offering me to keep my entire pension in a divorce settlement. My company keeps the pension if I die before I retire. It all made sense when Russell sent ...me an email from my ex wife's lawyer addressed to him as "Hey Russ". That is when I knew I needed to finally fire him. So glad I did. I do not recommend Russel to anyone. Run. I have all the emails at a safe place that prove what I said is true. Long divorce & Covid is the reason I delayed my review by a number of years. Russell has been the best attorney I've ever had. He helped me in a few different cases for my divorce. He helped me get primary custody of my son which I am grateful for. I met russell at a very difficult time, my mom was very weak and in fact near death. I had to deal with her estate. I had to understand what was going on as I was the POA and a trustee for some of the estate documents. I started to look through a lot of the papers and found some very disturbing thin...gs. I discovered her “trusted attorney friend” had created a complex web of estate planning that did not help the family and in fact it seemed a bit sketchy and not very ethical. The entire thing made me feel sick not only is my mom in such a bad way but having this other stuff to deal with was overwhelming. I can't go into all of the details but that's the big picture. The key is Russell helped our family at a very difficult time for everyone. He got us out of a dark place. It's hard to find someone you can trust I do trust Russell. I waited to write the review until I was sure, I met Russell in 2010 today is July 2016 and all legal matters are finally done. Thank you Russell for your help
