Never in my life did i think I'd need an attorney! But when i was injured on the job and denied workers comp, i was recommended by a friend to talk to Karl. After doing some research on a few attorneys he seemed to best fit my needs, and i don't regret getting in touch with him one bit! Upon calling ...for a consultation, he was very quick to respond and set up an appointment! Obviously i had a case, which he took on and has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process! We went forward, won the case! I've had nothing but issues with workers compensation receiving pay and or reimbursement. Upon notifying Karl it was always squared away with no head ache on my end! My case is still open, and everytime we step into the court room, i feel more than confident that things will be in my favor! Karl is your lawyer if you enjoy being kept in a dark closet for MONTHS and you could care less what is happening with your case....he is perfect for that type of client. However, I want to know what is going on and what to expect next because this is my life he holds in his hands. In just under 2 years, he MAY have returned 5% of all phone calls and emails. Since hiring Karl as my lawyer, Google has provided more help and information than I ever received from Karl. In my opinion, these glowing reviews in his ratings on this website just sound suspicious to me based soley on my experience...but it's your choice. The phone book has pages full of WC lawyers, and in hindsight I wish I would have used ANY lawyer other than Karl Voight.
