Legal issues are a scary time, your life may be on the line and possibly your career, too. The future is unknown; where do I go? ... Who can I trust? I took a leap of faith with Mr. Paul Mallis, Esq., who has been a lifesaver. This experience was so different from my first DUI with a different attorney; it was like day and night. I would not hesitate to reach out to Mr. Mallis again. He turned my ugly situation (that could have cost me my 22-year career with a Fortune 500 company and my retirement) over a 2nd DUI, into just a bump in the road. I was able to keep my job and retirement. I avoided jail time which would have cost me my job. He suggested rehab that my company would pay for and the judge would accept as jail time; and it worked. He is pleasant and easy to work with. If you will listen to him and follow his suggestions, he can lead you out of trouble and restore your normal life without too much disruption. But you must listen and follow his suggestions. He has been in the business long enough to know who is who, how the system works and what it will take to reach your objective. I received a public intoxication citation which had the potential to go on my record as a summary offense. I am a registered nurse so I really had to get it taken care of. I was very worried about my future and I knew I couldn’t handle this matter on my own. I contacted Attorney Mallis for assistance.... Right from the beginning, he made me feel like he had my back and I knew he was going to work hard to help me out.
