Look no further!

I cannot recommend Paul enough. I had never been in trouble with the law before and I did not understand how any of the process worked. I was panicked and overwhelmed before I called Paul. Immediately after explaining my case, I felt a surge of relief. He was not judgmental, took me seriously, and wa...s confident that he could get me the best outcome. And he did. He got my charge dismissed and will eventually have it expunged from my record. Throughout the whole process, he was very kind, patient, respectful, and explained everything clearly. I could reach him any time and he responded instantly. He is very dedicated to his job and his clients. He handled absolutely everything and I knew I was in good hands. Not only is he a phenomenal attorney, but he is a wonderful man as well. I am beyond grateful to him and his team. I am confident that he will get you the best result you could ask for. You definitely want Paul Mallis on your team.

Great Experience!!

I received a public intoxication citation which had the potential to go on my record as a summary offense. I am a registered nurse so I really had to get it taken care of. I was very worried about my future and I knew I couldn’t handle this matter on my own. I contacted Attorney Mallis for assistance.... Right from the beginning, he made me feel like he had my back and I knew he was going to work hard to help me out. He laid out exactly what to expect and kept checking in on me throughout the process. Attorney Mallis went to court for me and worked out a deal to have my case dismissed. After a few alcohol education classes, it was in fact dismissed! Attorney Mallis is also working with me to get the citation expunged from my record. Overall it was great experience, and I would absolutely recommend Attorney Mallis!

Posses. Of Marji./Use

I chose Paul Mallis after doing some research on the firm. I was satisfied with what I read, and after my first meeting with Paul I knew he was the one for my case. I was charged with Posses. Of Marji./Use and he was able to get me the best plea deal possible, considering this is my first ever offens...e. Initially, I would’ve had a year probation, with thousand dollar fines and court fees along side completeling community service. Paul was able to get me a plea deal of 30 days probation, $100 fine and 12 hours of community service; with eligibility of expungtion soon after completeion of probation. I was extremely satisfied with his help, and happy that this will be over with sooner than expected!

DUI Attorney

Paul made sure from the start that I knew what the process was going to be which was appreciated. Through all the court date movements and everything he kept assuring me everything would work out and we’d get this expunged. Exactly that happened and Paul was very helpful, and responsive, throughout t...he whole process. Definitely recommend.
