Careing lawyer

We hired Paul and his team for our daughter Bryanna who had her 3rd dui case. Paul and his team worked rally good in getting her the best outcome. At the end, Paul got her out of jail and into a rehab center and for the first time ever Bry is doing really well. We cannot thank you enough Paul

DUI Case

Mr. Mallis recently represented me on a dui in Burkes county. Mr. Mallis and his team kept open communication throughout the process. Everyone at his office was polite and professional. We had set the case for trial, as Mr. Mallis felt he could win the case. A few weeks before the trial was set, I re...ceived a call from Mr. Mallis informing me that the prosecution was going to be dropping the case. Mr. Mallis did an outstanding job. I have, and would, recommend him for any representation in his active area.

Best Choice for MV Accident Court

Paul - from our first engagement - was nothing but caring, engaged, and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of motor vehicle incident management. He answered all our questions, and we threw it all at him. Honored all conversations we desired, including the day before court preparation call he pr...oposed and led us through. He remained calm and confident through the entire process. We needed to lean into his expertise and confidence as we managed through the aftermath of our mother’s serious motor vehicle accident. He built healthy outcome expectations with us leading up to our court appearance and the day of - prior to our appearance at court he successfully negotiated an approved withdrawal of ALL charges. We are still overwhelmed with the positive and unexpected result. We were hesitant to hire a lawyer at all and never have previously but thankful we did. We learned it is something we will always do. His fee was very manageable given the consequence of the current charges and points to be incurred paired with our lack of experience. The stress alleviated after hiring him was worth the money regardless of outcome. He was nothing but professional, personable, and treated us and our court date with the seriousness anyone would hope for and expect. So grateful for his service. Thanks Paul!!
