I could not recommend Attorney Paul Mallis more! 4th of July weekend of 2022, I was pulled over for speeding. Things escalated quickly and it regrettably turned into a DUI charge for my daily, prescribed medication. Before getting in contact with Mr. Mallis, I had spoken to another law firm. In the end, the Judge made a statement along the lines of “we obviously have learned a lot and still have a lot to learn” which was just the cherry on top. Because of Paul Mallis, I walked away with a “5 over the speed limit” and the hope that people like myself will stop being charged with DUI’s because of some terrible stigma. I hired Mr. Mallis for a traffic matter for which I could of faced some jail time. My driver's license was under suspension for many years and I thought I'd never get back..lucky for me Mr. Mallis pointed me in the right direction . I followed his advice..got on payment plans and YES...my drivers li...cense was restored and renewed after 34 years. I needed support for a speeding ticket that happened unfortunately in a school zone during COVID by the way! So for me I was very annoyed because the whole thing was irritating especially how the officer handled it. Obviously that’s the worst when looking in the judges eyes. So Paul was able to agree... to no points on my license and I’d pay fines. He kept it real and made sure I was aware of what could happen if I happened to be in that situation again. Which I don’t plan to be but things happen. I’m happy end of the day. Oh btw his personality was good he actually asked me about myself which most don’t care.
