I called Mr Mallis after the Sheriffs department came to my home to arrest me for absconding for the past 5 years. Luckily I was not home when the sheriff arrived. Mr. Mallis told me right away that there is a very real possibility that I “MAY” have to turn myself in to resolve the warrant. Mr. M...allis contacted the courts and my probation officer. Mr. Mallis then contacted me and suggested that I enter into a “rehab” so that I could get clean and off heroin. I did as i was told and when I was able to provide a clean iron to the probation department, I told Mr Mallis, he again contacted probation and set up a time for me to see my probation officer (haven’t seen her in over 5 years). He assured me that they would not take me into custody if I provided the clean urine. Which I did. I never heard of Montgomery county not arresting someone with an active warrant, but because of Mr Paul Mallis I am able to write this review from home. Mr Mallis gave me sound advice and worked magic for me. I never spent a day in jail on this warrant and I owe it all to Mr. Paul Mallis. I would recommend him for any criminal case you may have. He is honest and tells you all the possible outcomes. I know as a fact that he will do everything humanly possible to achieve a positive outcome for you.
