I hired Mr. Swansen several years ago to help remove my Trust from my siblings control and to distribute personal belongings. He is a very nice man, however, did not stand up to my siblings lawyer. For $10,000 he managed to remove my Trustee but was unable to distribute any personal things! If I could go back in time, I would definitely have hired a stronger attorney (one who would stand up for my rights). As I stated, he's a nice guy but not a strong personality. I definitely made a poor choice in my legal representation.
Joseph Johnson, Probate Attorney
Relationship: Worked together on matter
I endorse this lawyer. I have been fortunate enough to work with Sam over 12 years. Sam is wonderful with clients and colleagues. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the estate planning, elder law, and estate administration and probate areas. He is also extremely knowledgeable with regard to private foundations and charitable trusts.
