Joseph C. Johnson received his Bachelor of Arts degree from DePauw University, and his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Wayne State University Law School. He was admitted to practice law in 1969.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and Chicago Estate Planning Council, and is a founding member and past Chancellor of EPICOR, an estate planning collaborative.
Since 1975, Mr. Johnson has practiced law in Northbrook, Illinois. Mr. Johnson’s law firm is located in a 100-year-old yellow brick residence that he has converted into his law office.
Mr. Johnson presently devotes 100% of his time to estate planning matters, and to post death estate administration and probate matters.
Joe and his wife, Linda, also reside in Northbrook, have two adult sons, Joe and Matt, and a 2-year old Boxer puppy named Cleo.
