In August of 2016 I hired Mark to handle updating my Trust and ensuring it more adequately reflected my wishes. My husband and I met with Mark and his staff 3 weeks prior to going out of the country on vacation. We did not have a will in place. Mark explained all our options very thoroughly and how a trust would protect our assets. We were very happy with Mark and his staff. We now have peace of mind that ...our daughter and grandchildren will be taken care of in the future.

We absolutely agree with all the previous reviews of Mark. Our experience with Mark and his staff began in 2009 with our own estate planning. After completion of that we had the firm immediately establish and put into place a plan for our 94 year old mother (Tom's). At the time, she just had a simp...le will. Due to the expediency, efficiency and effectiveness of Mark and his team this "Plan" was established in "record" time. The month following the completion of funding the plan Mom passed away and we saw first hand how the process works. We know Mom would have been pleased with the results as were the members of our entire family. When I first met Mark Rogers I was in a place where I had a lot of things to handle that I did not understand or know how to proceed with. I had parents in their 90's that we had just moved into a nursing home and I needed guidance with their trust and needed Medicaid help for them. Once I gave him... the mountain of paperwork I had, he said "I'll take care of it" and he did. And of course everything had a deadline, never a question that it would be done. Whenever I got a letter or document in the mail I would call and the response would be "Send it to me " and it would be taken care of. Sadly, I have lost both my parents this year and now that our dealing are complete I realize just how fortunate I was to have worked with such a fine man. He was an un wavering professional, understood my worries (no judging!), returned call promptly, and made it easier for me to enjoy the time I had with my parents without stress.
