Biography
Tatiana Kadetskaya is the founder of Kadetskaya Law Firm, LLC, a boutique insurance law firm dedicated exclusively to representing life insurance beneficiaries and policyowners whose claims have been wrongfully denied or delayed.
Since 2012, Ms. Kadetskaya has represented hundreds of clients in complex life insurance disputes against some of the largest insurance companies in the country — including MetLife, Prudential, Unum, Guardian, Genworth, Transamerica, and many others. Her practice covers the full range of life insurance law: denied and delayed claims, ERISA appeals, beneficiary disputes, interpleader actions, lapsed policy denials, accidental death and dismemberment claims, and insurance bad faith litigation.

Accidental Death Claim Denial
Claim was denied due to a reading of THC reported in the Toxicology Report. This was a motorcycle accident caused by a large dog running into its path and in no way related to the toxicology findings. Tatiana Kadetskaya successfully appealed and the claim was paid promptly. She was wonderful to ...
