Biography
Tatiana Kadetskaya is the founder of Kadetskaya Law Firm, LLC, a boutique insurance law firm dedicated exclusively to representing life insurance beneficiaries and policyowners whose claims have been wrongfully denied or delayed.
Since 2012, Ms. Kadetskaya has represented hundreds of clients in complex life insurance disputes against some of the largest insurance companies in the country — including MetLife, Prudential, Unum, Guardian, Genworth, Transamerica, and many others. Her practice covers the full range of life insurance law: denied and delayed claims, ERISA appeals, beneficiary disputes, interpleader actions, lapsed policy denials, accidental death and dismemberment claims, and insurance bad faith litigation.
Her clients come to her at one of the most difficult moments in their lives — grieving the loss of a loved one while simultaneously fighting an insurance company that refuses to pay. Tatiana got UNUM insurance to pay my wifes insurance after I had received a denial letter from them. Less than 45 days I had the money. She kept me updated on what was happening all thru it. Very friendly and made me feel at ease the entire time.

Life insurance claim approved.
