Highly Recommended

Hired David for a very messy custody disagreement. He has always been straight forward and gave honest opinions on the case. He has been able to obtain almost 50/50 for me (father). He doesn't back down and has won court hearings that I thought for sure would of turned out worse. Highly recommen...d him when it comes to family law you wont find better lawyer in Chester County had at many try before him and they all failed to achieve what he has.

Fair and knowledgeable

When I first met with Dave he laid out clear expectations on how things may go. This information proved to be very valuable in the months ahead as we worked towards a solution with a difficult opposing attorney. Davids reputation with other attorneys positively effected the outcome for my case and... ultimately led to a fair settlement for all parties. I do not hesitate to recommend Dave to anyone who needs to consult.

Outstanding! (and probably prevented a nervous breakdown :-)

We were in a difficult custody situation and I had no idea where to turn. A co-worker referred Mr. Melchiorre and I could not have been more pleased. He was accessible, extremely knowledgeable and brilliant in the courtroom, with a pleasant and comforting demeanor.
