A month after I purchased a new 2014 SUV I noticed a water leak around the rear passenger dome light Took it in for service and was told they could not find the leak. Months later there was another leak around my drivers window. Took the vehicle back in 4 more times for servicing and was still nev...er fixed. Leased a 2014 car from a well-known manufacturer. Had problems ever since the beginning. Had an issue within the first month of owning. After the first issue, the car was in an accident. Tim and Rich both also gave me some advice I asked for and answered any questions I had, even some kind of off the matter. It was like talking to friends, seriously. I am a very negative person and Tim always reassured me that everything would be ok. Well, he was right. He knows what he is doing. Trust him!
