Biography
In nearly three decades as a lawyer, bankruptcy and debt relief have been the most personally rewarding areas of my practice. Every day I see people who, through no fault of their own, are falling deep into debt, suffering harassment from creditors, and finding themselves in danger of losing their homes, cars, and businesses. I am dedicated to helping people find solutions to difficult financial problems. My practice is focuses on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, foreclosure, debt settlement, and related areas of consumer law.
Over the years, I have helped numerous people stop creditor harassment and lawsuits; save their homes from foreclosure; and keep their cars, retirement funds, and other personal property.
