This attorney has it all...Jon is very easy to work with, professional and knows what he is doing, personable, always kept us informed via phone or email, helped us during the deposition. He made our tough time much easier than expected. He negotiated for us and we ended settling for very, very little of the lawsuit. I would highly recommend him and would hire him again in a minute. If you hire him, you will not be disappointed.

I needed to get my Trust created, and I was referred to Jon by a family member who had used Jon in the past. Sure enough, Jon did an excellent job on my Trust, and took the time to explain all aspects of the trust in language that I could understand. There were numerous documents that comprised the Trust, and we just took them one at a time.
When changes needed to be made, Jon was very helpful in offering suggestions and language to meet my wishes, which just made the experience that much easier.
Jon, David, and the rest of the staff are wonderful to work with, and I would easily recommend them to others without hesitation.
Gregory Hartman, Bankruptcy and debt Attorney

I'm not sure I've met an attorney that cared about his clients as much as Jon. He truly knows bankruptcy law, and he fights with tenacity for his clients. He knows the players in San Jose bankruptcy arena, and was Chair of the San Jose Chapter of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. I highly recommend him.
