My case involved a wrongful termination from a large organization after a year of leading a team to produce outstanding results in the face of the challenges we faced due to the Covid pandemic. At first I was hesitant to use an attorney because I generally avoid thinking about myself as a victim, Mr Gold helped me to come to terms with the fact that in this case I was a victim of wrongful dismissal with the compounding factor that I had taken a stand on an harassment issue that my boss wanted swept under the rug. Without going into details, Mr. Gold and his team took the time to prepare a very convincing EEOC Complaint. Within about 4 weeks, and after a few iterations, my former employer agreed to raise my severance to 5 times greater than the initial offer. I felt like Mr. Gold and his staff and I were all on the same team and we were able to push a very large and powerful employer to provide a generous severance after first offering a paltry one. In summary, I strongly recommend Sid Gold and his team. I hope to never be in this situation again but I would return without question.
