Biography
In 2015, 2017 and 2020, I successfully brought three matters before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals resulting in reversals of summary judgment/dismissal. All three cases resulted in precedential opinions which changed the laws in regards to FMLA, sexual harassment and ADA cases. See Moody v. Atlantic City Board of Education; Hansler v. Lehigh Valley Hospital; and Eshleman v. Patrick Industries.
My most recent jury trial in November 2018, in the matter of Watson v. Lloyd Industries, a race discrimination in employment case filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of PA, the jury returned a favorable verdict for my client in the sum of $849,000 This verdict ranked as one of the 100 highest employment law verdicts in the nation that year.
