Mr. Bell graduated cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1997, where he served as a Project Editor for the Georgetown Law Journal. Upon graduation, Mr. Bell joined Dechert, Price & Rhoads LLP where he focused primarily on civil litigation matters.
