An unusual case with a successful outcome
Dale Larrimore has been my attorney for me for about 2.5 years for an injury I sustained on a rental property. He is more than competent as well as thorough, hardworking and kind. He walked me through every step of this process and I felt confident as his client. He negotiated a successful settlement on my behalf and I couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism and courtesy. I would highly recommend Dale to represent anyone with a personal injury case.

Honest, Ethical & Brilliant Attorney
Mr. Larrimore first represented me in a motor vehicle accident almost 18 years ago. I was so impressed, first, by his honesty, professionalism and impeccable knowledge of the law. I had somewhat of a unique case, one in which most attorneys would have felt challenged with, and would have passed it over. But that wasn't the case with Mr. Larrimore. He took on the challenge, continued with the case, and won! He's not one of these fly by night attorneys, that will sell you down the river, for a quick, lowball settlement. He will negotiate fairly for you. I was so impressed with him and throughout the years, I have always been able to call on Mr. Larrimore for a consultation, whenever I ever had legal questions. After having an awful experience with another attorney in Philadelphia, I really did not think that good, honest, ethical attorney's still existed, until I had the pleasure of having Mr. Larrimore as a personal injury attorney. Dale Larrimore is not only an excellent attorney, but he is an educator. He educates his clients about the complexity of the law in such crystal clear layman's terms, that even a child could grasp the core elements of what he is talking about. His method of both representing and educating his clients, allows the client to feel engaged and not clueless about their case. An exceptional brilliant attorney!
Dale Larrimore is an exceptional, brilliant attorney, with impeccable professionalism and profound knowledge of his field of practice who is one hundred percent dedicated to his client's best interests throughout the entire case. I reached out to Dale in January of 2017, after an injury in December of 2016. My situation was very unconventional. When I told Dale the story of my injury, he said that he never heard of anything like this, it was that unusual. Not every attorney would take on such an uncommon case where it is impossible to project the outcome, yet Dale did and...he WON. In the winter of 2019, we received the TOTAL REWARD AMOUNT, the highest possible reward available for my case. I was struck and am still in awe. I believe that only Dale Larrimore could accomplish something like that. Especially, provided how unique my case was. There are no words to describe my gratitude. I would highly recommend Dale as a personal injury attorney. I could end my review here but I want to add a few more words. Besides being an extraordinary attorney, Dale turned out to be an exceptional human being, not only highly intelligent but also compassionate, patient, understanding. Incredibly Knowledgeable
Dale Larrimore represented me in a legal matter and I was impressed with the level of personal attention he gave to my claim. He literally wrote the book on Pennsylvania Rules of the Road and it was obvious that he knew more about the Vehicle Code than the police officer who was at the site of my accident. I would recommend him to anyone who has been involved in a motor vehicle crash.

  • The Superior Court of Pennsylvania reversed the order granting summary judgment to the property owner and remanded for trial. The case settled for a significant sum before trial commenced.
  • Wilson v. PECO Energy Co.
  • The Superior Court reversed the trial court and remanded to the lower court. Prior to trial, the case settled for a very substantial sum to compensate plaintiff for her injuries.
