Excellent DUI Attorney
Michael handled my DUI case and handled it with the experience and dedication that I needed. He had the case dismissed prior to trial on a Motion to Suppress. He was well prepared to cross examine the prosecutor's witness and well prepared with evidence. I can't thank him enough for all his hard work. I recommend him to anyone needing a lawyer.

Professional and Personable
I have the utmost respect for Michael as both an attorney and friend. After I was issued a traffic citation, Michael was able to answer all of my questions regarding how to proceed. I had never been to a court case and Michael clearly explained the process and thankfully calmed my nerves. My citation was substantially cleared when without his presence, I would have been penalized in full. I highly recommend Michael's representation.

Great defense attorney
I made many calls looking for a defense attorney. The first time I called Mr. Niznick office the greeting was very pleasant. When we spoke he was interested in the details of my stiuation. That's when I knew he would be my lawyer. The first time I met Mr. Niznick was at my first court date. He sat down and went over everything that was going to happen. He made me feel very calm and at ease. My second court date was a trial and I was nervous because I really never went through anything like this before. Again Mr. Niznick was prepared and asked the right questions. All charges were dropped. I would highly recommend Mr. Niznick as a defense attorney, and would use him in the future.

Mr. Niznik is God sent and an excellent attorney I recommend.
I had a serious crime accusation(s) against me. I spoke with many crime defense attorneys in hopes to have them represent me. But there was only one that made me feel comfortable to trust and retain: Michael Francis Niznik Jr. After I retained Mr. Niznik, the accusation(s) was dropped in less than one week. Amen! Mr. Niznik provided me with a free concultation and his retaining fee was very reasonable compared to many attorneys I had consulted. Sound Advice in a Time of Crisis
Recently I was involved in a car accident. My first call was to Michael Niznik. He advised me, among other things, to contact the police so there would be written documentation. This proved to be a great call. I didn't need his services for this case (insurance companies settled the matter), but I would have used him if necessary. Highly recommend.

Great Attorney
Attorney Niznik is extremely helpful. My wife and I hired him to draft a lease for our tenants. He was very responsive with answering phone calls/emails and his work product was fantastic. I would hire him again and would recommend him to anyone.

My lifesaver!
I was charged with a DUI and I was a nervous wreck. Attorney Niznik was so helpful. He fought for me in court and got me on a program to erase the charge from my record! I'm so happy I chose him as my attorney. Highly recommend!

Best criminal defense attorney out there
My husband was charged with a number of crimes and the police report was filled with lies. After calling Mike, we met him for a consultation and he got to the bottom of the facts. He kept us up to date on all court proceedings and kept our minds at ease over the case. At the hearing, Mike had the most serious charges dropped. What started as a felony with jail time ended with only a fine. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better attorney. I would recommend him to anyone. Bottom line- he is the best at what he does.

Should of know better..........
I hired him an because our payments wernt on time every week like we agreed he dropped us 2 months into this. I told him id get him paid, we r both on disability, but he still dropped me. Very disappointed. Should of been giving the oppertunity to make the payment by the end date we agreed on..not wait 2 months then drop me..Seems like a nice person but not what is gunna matter in the end an he also told me after 2 months he couldnt even help me in court cause he wasnt licensed in that area knowing this may go to court from the beginning. So this is why unless u plan on paying him up front for services, dont even bother. And i found him on craigslist..............................smdh......dont need to enter my name he knows who i am.
