Could not have asked for a better lawyer

I hired Attorney Montroy from out of state for something that was probably small potatoes to him but a big deal for my family. He was professional, courteous, prompt, and he delivered. I felt like we were in good hands. I am a lawyer myself, and I appreciate him treating us - with such a small matter... - with attention and respect. I hope we never need him again, but if we do, I'm glad he's here!

Through everything, he never stopped fighting for me. Andrew represented me over a period of 2 years. I can't speak highly enough of his service, attention to detail, and engagement on the case. I had a shock outcome that involved substantially more jail time than the guidelines- as a result of a...n open plea. He was incensed and genuinely livid at the outcome of my sentencing and the judge's exorbitant overreach. He quickly filed a reconsideration - helped ensure I got accepted to a diversionary program (the boot camp program run by the state) and eventually submitted an appeal on my behalf that was both thorough and substantive. I had already been released through the boot camp by the time my appeal went through, but he drastically decreased the parole and probationary tail on my case. His ethics? Unquestionable. His knowledge of the law? Thorough and complete. He knows when to fight in open court, when and how to fight through motions, and how to develop an appellate strategy that bears fruit for his clients. Though the initial sentencing outcome wasn't positive, Andrew never quit on me. I hold his expertise in the highest regard. If you need a criminal defense attorney - hire Andrew.

Highly recommend

My license to carry was revoked and after a lengthy process with the courts Andrew was able to get my license back with little hassle on my end. Great attorney and will definitely recommend him to others!
