Biography
Andy Milz is a trial lawyer with offices in suburban Philadelphia and Scranton, Pennsylvania and Marlton, New Jersey. He specializes in representing victims of consumer finance fraud, improper debt collection, repossessions, and inaccurate credit reporting. He has successfully tried consumer protection cases in federal and state court, obtaining substantial damage awards for consumers. Andy has also represented plaintiffs in successful appeals involving significant issues in state and federal consumer protection law. He is a contributing author to leading treatises on consumer protection law, has been published in peer-reviewed journals, has lectured nationally on consumer law subjects, and is an active member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates (“NACA”). He received his law degree from Temple University, an M.A. in English Literature from the University of Scranton, and a B.A. in English Literature cum laude from King’s College. Andy is a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College, Dubois, WY.
