THEE BEST ATTORNEY

I came to Rich in 2018 , he helped me more than words can say.. He is so respectful, and on the ball! years later … 2024 I had a couple of legal questions to ask him, and he never hesitated to help me! Great man, loves what he does, and wants to help people! After so many years of not speaking, of co...urse Rich came in as the super hero again. Rich truly cares about people and wants the best for everyone! Best attorney ever! forever grateful!

Best outcome I could have hoped for!!!!

Rich was amazing! I had gotten a DUI, just about the dumbest mistake I could have ever made. Rich was honest with me from the gate. He was very informative and kind while dealing with me and my case. He walked me through the entire process calming my nerves the entire time. Always answered my calls..., texts, and emails. He was friendly and professional. He got me a great deal, and after was able to have the case sealed. I can not thank him enough for everything he did for me! Would definitely recommend, he is the go to guy in Delco!

One of his top five resolutions!

Our son was represented by Rich for criminal charges. From the first meeting, Rich was respectful, confident and high spirited. He immediately began working the case. He set clear expectations as to the best & worst possible outcomes, and promised to represent our son the best way possible given o...ur goal to prevent jail time. He was direct, to the point, and always available to answer our questions and concerns, no matter how trivial. Rich was compassionate to our financial difficulties when offering/determining restitution. Rich keenly negotiated with an extremely difficult victim in a complex case. The outcome Rich negotiated was FAR BEYOND our expectations. He was true to his word and made sure he communicated with us at every stage.

This man changed my life

For over a decade I have been stuck on probation because Richard lied to me. Richard Daubenberger fooled me with his upbeat charm and promises. I don't want to waste too much energy on this evil man who blatantly lied to me to take a deal, but I feel it is my responsible duty as a citizen to make my ...peers aware of what happened to me for his $10,000 retainer. Long story short- I was innocent and would have went to trial to prove my innocence but Richard talked me into taking a deal because he was "96% sure" he could get me off of all charges but if just a couple charges stuck I would have done more time then the deal offering. The suspicious part is he told me all along I had nothing to worry about and not to lose a night rest over my case. Knowing I was innocent, I didn't lose a nights rests. When the first 2 deal offers came he told me as he had too but he also advised that I not take deal and tell the DA to shove it. Then it was getting down wire and the third deal came and was going to expire; this is when I got a call from him to come in. I went into his office without a fear in the world and he is telling me I have to take the deal. I was shocked as my stomach fell to the floor. I said "no way" because that is not what he was telling me all along. With all the fear he instilled in me that day, I felt like he was my friend and lifeline and I had to listen to him- I was young and naive. He told me the deal was the best way to go because it was going to be minimal jail time, followed by 2 years probation and then I would be a free man with a personal judgement against my credit for the restitution---- THIS WAS A COMPLETE LIE After several hours of being in his office that day, being told all sorts of information that was the complete opposite of what he was telling me the prior months leading up to this day, he also told me that we had to go to the courthouse that day and sign the deal because the DA, Gregory Hurchella was leaving on vacation and the deal was expiring the following day. I took the deal, did the time, did the parole and probation and at this point a few years had passed and I thought this was all behind me; It was 1 week until my sentence expiration and I was going to be a free man when the call came from Delaware County telling me I had to come in to be re-violated because of restitutions. I told them that there was a mistake because my attorney told me after my probation, the restitution was going to turn into a personal judgement and I was going to be a free man. I owed almost $100,000 in restitution so by no means would I have ever taken a deal if he would of been honest with me and told me that my probation was going to continue forever until the restitution was paid. Of course I called him after I got the call from Delaware County and he pretty much laughed at me over the phone and hung up. I followed up with an email and his response was "if you contact me anymore, I will have a restraining order placed on you" WOW I don't know how Rich can sleep well at night knowing a decent family guy like myself, is still stuck on probation almost 15 years later. Knowing I can not get off probation because of this restitution. If I would have just known the truth, I would have left our consultation that day with accurate information and put the $10,000 in life savings towards my restitution and hired an average attorney but I didn't, because Rich saw an opportunity to make some easy money, sweet talker and lied to me. I went along with it all because I thought he truly cared.
